Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for premium subscriptions:

Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the subscription date
- Annual plans are billed once per year
- Payments are automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle
- You will receive a payment receipt via email after each transaction
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions.
If you're not satisfied with our premium features within the first 7 days,
contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for
partially used subscription periods.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your premium subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- After cancellation, your listing will revert to free plan features
- To cancel, contact us or use the cancellation option in your account
Plan Changes
- You can upgrade from free to premium at any time
- Upgrading will prorate the cost based on remaining days
- Downgrading from premium to free takes effect at the next billing cycle
- Plan changes can be made through your business dashboard
Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we'll retry for 3 consecutive days
- After 3 failed attempts, premium features will be suspended
- You'll be notified via Whatsapp about failed payments
- Restore premium features by updating payment information
- Accounts suspended for over 30 days may be downgraded to free
